Wong Weng Son rose to the occasion in the year's final tournament, delivering the first gold for Malaysia at the World Wushu Championships in Fort Worth, Texas on Sunday (Nov 19) in the men's changquan event, while his teammate Clement Ting clinched the bronze medal.
Malaysia also got one silver from Loh Ying Ting (women's changquan) and one bronze from Tan Cheong Min (women's nangun) on the second day of the competition.
