00:39 but as a sport, I think it's so good.
00:44 It has the potential to be one of the leading sports in the country, to be honest.

00:49 my good friend over there, stretching, John Surry,
00:52 he's got a place out there,
00:54 very close to St Paddle Court,
00:55 and I just went to go and meet up with him,
00:58 saw him playing, enjoyed it,
00:59 he said, "You've got to have a go, you've got to have a go."
01:01 So I played it out there for the first time,
01:03 and then, yeah, now the sport's grown in the UK
01:06 and more courts are popping up like here,
01:08 so it's great and there's more access to it.
01:10 I mean, I think it's such a great sport.
01:12 It's so sociable.
01:13 Anyone can play, any sort of age ability.
01:15 So I think in the next five to 10 years,
01:18 it's going to be very, very popular.
01:19 I think it's going to be massive.
01:21 It's not because it's my sport,
01:23 it's because the sport is so easy to learn,
01:25 so easy to play.
01:26 You enjoy it for the first time.
01:28 It's not like tennis.
01:28 Tennis is difficult.
01:29 You have to learn before to play to enjoy a game.

01:33 I've been playing for like two months,
01:34 so I've only just started playing,
01:36 but I just love it here.
01:38 I retired about 80 months ago now,
01:41 so I'm just going to try and play a bit more,
01:45 you know, get a bit better.
