00:00 Hi friends, welcome to Preyka's Kitchen. Today I am going to tell you how to make Lobia Masala. It is a very simple and healthy dish. We need to make this.
00:28 We have taken 1 cup of lobia and soaked it in water for 15 minutes.
00:32 We have taken bay leaf, fennel seeds, 2-4 black pepper, 1 clove, cinnamon, 1 green cardamom.
00:40 Take 2 spoons of mustard oil in a pan and add bay leaf, fennel seeds, 1 chopped onion.
01:02 Fry it till it turns red.
01:15 Add ginger garlic paste, 1/2 spoon turmeric powder, 1/2 spoon coriander powder, 1 spoon garam masala, 1 spoon red chilli powder.
01:44 Add 1 spoon of salt and mix it well.
01:53 Our masala is ready.
01:59 Our onion has turned red. Add our masala and fry it for 5 minutes.
02:14 Add 1 spoon of salt and mix it well.
02:31 Our lobia is ready. Add 2 cups of water and close the cooker.
02:47 After 15 minutes, turn off the gas and add coriander leaves.
