00:34 In a new audio piece linked to TMZ, the mother claims that there was a confrontation where

00:38 many could hear him "being told to leave several times and refused in a situation."

00:43 Sharon claims she interviewed in this situation when he would not leave.

00:46 From there, Sharon claims Jackson recorded her illegally as he did not ask for consent,

00:50 which is required under California law.

00:52 She further claimed that Jackson "does not care about the law."

00:55 The mother claims she feared for Kiki's life after physical altercations were depicted

00:59 on surveillance footage that were submitted as part of the "Nope" star's request

01:03 This all goes back to when sources close to Jackson told TMZ Monday that he had texted

01:08 Palmer that he was going to pick up their 8-month-old son, Leo, to watch football.

01:11 However, when he arrived, he was simply not there.

01:14 From there, Jackson and Palmer began fighting, and at some point, she called her mom and

01:18 put her on speakerphone.

01:19 As mentioned before, Sharon allegedly began cursing out the fitness trainer for making

01:23 the threat about the bullet.

01:24 The phone call allegedly sparked Jackson trying to grab Palmer's phone from her, as depicted

01:28 in the security camera footage.

01:30 Sharon's comments also got back to Jackson's mother, who made threats to "file a police

01:33 report on Sharon herself."

01:35 The judge overseeing Palmer's case against Jackson granted the temporary restraining

01:38 order on Friday.

01:39 The order requires Jackson to be at least 100 yards away from the actress and Leo, including

01:44 any childhood and schooling for the child.

01:46 Palmer has been granted temporary sole physical and legal custody of Leo with no visitation

01:50 rights for Jackson.

01:51 The hearing is scheduled for December 5th to determine the next steps of their custody
