00:00 Yeah, that's a daily evaluation, weekly after the games, but you're always trying to do
00:08 what you think you need to do for that particular week.
00:11 Do you have core beliefs of how you practice, of how you prepare, of how you meet, of how
00:16 you take care of yourself, of the staff, assisting the players with nutrition or sleep habits
00:21 or team psychologists, all those things.
00:25 I believe in what we do.
00:27 But certainly when you don't get the results, those can get questioned.
00:33 And I completely understand that.
00:35 So look, we've established something last year when we got here of how we're going to
00:42 approach things and how we're going to do things, and you build on that in the offseason.
00:45 One season's never the same as the next season.
00:48 One game's never the same as the next game.
00:51 But again, I understand this is a results business.
00:54 I do understand that.
00:55 I've been in it long enough to understand that.
00:58 And so we look at our processes on a daily basis, Patty, of what we think we need to
01:05 do to help our team be as successful as we can be, and that'll never change.
01:09 But is there like a breaking point of some, you know, at some point where you say, "Okay,
01:14 you know what?
01:15 For three, four weeks, we haven't been getting the results we want.
01:18 Now maybe we have to think about changing it."
01:20 Do you have a timeline, I guess, in other words, is what I'm asking?
01:23 No, it's every day.
01:25 It's every week.
01:27 You're always, you know, you're always self-evaluating, team-evaluating, process-evaluating in my
01:35 position on a daily basis.
