00:00 seeing fresh blood coming in but also some real important experience from other areas
00:05 as well. I think that's what we need to see, that's what the public want, they want that
00:10 combination of youth and experience coming together to deliver on their priorities for
00:15 today and things have changed so much just in the last few years when we look at things
00:19 like the war in Ukraine, the impact that's had on energy bills, we've got to address
00:23 those issues now. We can't go back to what Labour did in the run up to 2010 which was
00:29 spend money which we don't have, have a structural deficit really putting that extra burden on
00:35 children and families for the future. I want to see our priorities focus on that, getting
00:40 economic growth, cutting inflation, we'll hopefully see some more good news on this
00:44 week, keeping debt under control, stopping the boats, delivering NHS waiting list reductions,
00:50 those are all really important things which we need to be concentrating on now for the
00:53 future. The Prime Minister has appointed David Cameron because he wants to have all of the
00:58 talents there from right across the depth of our party, people who've got that commitment
01:02 to public service and it's really great to see somebody with so much knowledge and so
01:06 much public service in their background coming forward again to serve our country.
