00:30 not have been possible without the fine leadership of our speaker, our birthday boy, Speaker

00:39 Martin Romualdo.

00:43 We have, all of us have been through many different Congresses before.

00:50 I became a classmate in the House and we have seen that this kind of unity is not simple

00:59 to achieve.

01:00 And it requires a great deal of work, a great deal of compromise, a great deal of commitment

01:08 to what we feel is the best path that our country should be taking for a better future.

01:17 So once again, happy birthday and thank you for and congratulations for the fine leadership

01:23 that you have shown to our speaker.

01:26 Thank you to the leaders of the different parties from the House of Representatives,

01:31 all the members of the House of Representatives that are here today.

01:34 Also if there are any senators that are here today, they have also played an important

01:39 part.

01:40 So I think that this can be the beginning already of our Christmas celebration.
