00:00 I'm here with Will Rooney, joined to discuss Liverpool and Everton in our weekly Liverpool World Q&As.
00:08 Will, let's start with Liverpool. Just on Mo Salah, there's more of a general question.
00:14 Is he becoming, or is he, Liverpool's greatest ever player in the Premier League era?
00:20 It's getting hard to dispute that. I think everyone points towards Steven Gerrard as being that,
00:26 given he was the captain for how many years, inspired Liverpool to Champions League glory.
00:32 But he never won a Premier League title with Liverpool, fell short on a few occasions, finishing second.
00:38 Obviously Mo Salah's got that feat, and he just seems to be breaking records after every week.
00:44 Again, two goals against Brenford at the weekend, two clinical finishes, especially the first one.
00:51 A game, again, where he wasn't involved in absolutely everything. He's almost turned himself into a poacher, a goalscorer.
00:59 Having that winger, he used to think of him when he used to beat players all the time.
01:04 He used to be a real handful, now he's just a clinical goalscorer.
01:08 It's between him and Steven Gerrard. I think there will be a bit of a debate around that.
01:14 But you think of the others, being the likes of Luis Suarez, who was absolutely mesmerised, but wasn't at Liverpool for all that long.
01:22 Robbie Fylde, obviously, up there. The likes of Jamie Carragher as well, great servant of the club.
01:28 But, yeah, it's definitely between Mo Salah and Steven Gerrard.
01:32 If Mo Salah spends a few more years at Anfield and wins, potentially, another Premier League trophy,
01:37 then it might not be a debate anymore.
