00:00 Today in Prusice we have formally established the board of the company SIM KZN Zielona Dolina.

00:38 can operate and thus the company will cease to be in the organization, but it is already organized.
00:43 Currently, there are 13 participants, including KZN, and today a new municipality of Woły joins us.
00:50 In Lower Silesia, this is already the third social housing initiative, there is also a fourth on the way, SIM Łużyce.
01:00 Each SIM is more or less tasked with building about 1000 apartments.
01:05 Of course, the plans at the beginning may be slightly lower, 600-800,
01:10 but according to statistics, this is 1000 apartments for a social housing initiative.
01:15 The number of SIMs we already have in Lower Silesia shows that these social housing initiatives are reaching more and more.
01:22 Because we have a program of every fourth municipality on a Polish scale today,
01:26 because there are 600 municipalities, we are talking to 200 more,
01:29 so basically every third municipality will be in this program of social housing initiatives.
01:34 This is best shown by the program, because I have had the opportunity to talk to future tenants, residents,
01:41 as well as the mayors, uncles, presidents who join this program,
01:47 because they understand that in this way they can reach this social group,
01:52 which is located in such a, one might say, gray zone between communal apartments and a free market,
01:58 and basically has not had the opportunity to obtain such an apartment, with the option of getting property.
02:04 And this is so important, because most Poles expect it.
02:07 Today, another big step has been taken in Prusice towards the construction of 150 communal apartments in the Mielicz municipality.
02:18 A 14-municipality company was established, the authorities were elected today,
02:22 the management of this company was elected, the supervisory board was elected,
02:26 but what is most important for us is that the first real estate was introduced to the company,
02:32 the first three real estate, including, most importantly, a plot of over 5 hectares in the Mielicz municipality,
02:41 specifically in Mielicz, on Grzybowa Street.
02:44 This gives us real grounds to start the entire cycle of preparation of investments.
02:50 In the near future, we will start designing these communal buildings,
02:57 and in November the City Council will pass a resolution on the definition of the set regulations,
03:07 which is already prepared, and I think that in December we will start to select the first potential tenants of these new apartments.
03:19 We have been looking for an idea for a long time here in the Prusice municipality
03:23 an idea on how to develop a multi-apartment building.
03:27 We talked to several developers from the Trzebnicki County, but not only,
03:32 because we believe that the Prusice municipality has the perfect location to be a sleeping place in Wrocław.
03:38 In 25 minutes we reach the Wrocław motorway,
03:41 but we have never managed to encourage a potential private developer to invest in our municipality.
03:47 Therefore, I believe that the self-governing housing initiative is a perfect response to the needs of the municipality
03:52 and I hope that the residents of the Prusice municipality, but also not only, will benefit from this project.
03:57 We have been trying to be a host from the very beginning,
04:00 and we have taken this initiative, the implementation of this project,
04:04 and I hope that this initiative will not end,
04:06 because we will meet a real leader after it starts and ends.
