Woman campaigns to raise awareness after being misdiagnosed with wrong cancer

A Canberra woman is on a mission to raise awareness of a little-known cancer after being misdiagnosed and mistakenly told she had just months to live. The neuroendocrine tumours, she was ultimately diagnosed with can mimic much more dangerous, but common cancers. But with limited awareness of her real condition, like many patients, she didn't initially think to ask for a second opinion.
