00:57 Actually, dance fitness is an exercise that is done through dancing and fitness.

02:32 For us, here at Puersa, we also have a project called "Sayaw Lunas Program,"
02:36 which is for people with autism and diseases.
02:39 So, actually, dance is for everyone.

02:44 The only thing that will give limits is us, the person.
02:48 The condition of your body.
02:50 Especially if you have some problems with regards with your legs, right?
02:54 So, your limits or your movement will be limited.
02:57 And of course, if you have some heart problems, it's also a limitation.
