Steven, Ah Boy and Xiao Min have been given permission to camp. At night Steven gets all excited when he sees flashing light in a distinct pattern in the distance. Ah Boy point out that the lights come from the southern tip of Pulau Ubin. They agree to check it out the next day. Ah Boy leads Steven to the southern tip of Pulau Ubin where they saw the flashing lights the night before. Ah Boy and Steven conjectures who left biscuits wrapper and footorints the night before. It could be pirates, smugglers, treasure hunters or illegal immigrants? To find out Ah Boy suggests a stake out but Steven thinks it too dangerous. Ah Boy teases Steven about his cowardice. Steven is alone in the forest and running away from a bee hive and he meets Alley and her brother who are on expedition in Ubin. Steven comes to know the flashing light he saw the other night comes from the group. Steven and the two children are stung by the bee whed Steven stumbles another bee hive.meanwhile Ah Boy and Xiao Min are looking for them. Ah Boy is relieve to zee Steven is safe. Steven tells them the children are holiday campers involved in war games.h Ma scolds Ah Boy and his cousin fur their over active imagination. Steven and Ab Boy reaffirm their friendship.
