00:43 Vice President Sara Duterte responded that this is the right time to discuss this.

00:48 We are asking the Office of the Executive Secretary and Department of Budget and Management to be firm.

00:54 But the Office of the Executive Secretary said that it was approved under the 2022 contingent fund.
