02:38 also in defending some of the most serious federal criminal cases, I can say that there
02:43 is a significant likelihood that Donald Trump will be found guilty by a jury on a felony
02:48 offense next year.
02:49 That may or may not happen before you vote in March.
02:50 And it might not make any difference to you, but it will make a difference to you.
02:51 And it will make a difference for those down ticket races for Congress and Senate.
03:14 And it will weaken the GOP for decades to come.
03:18 As a party, we must support the rule of law.
03:22 We cannot win as a country without integrity of the White House.
03:27 And while some will ignore the destructive behavior of the former president, I assure
03:34 you we ignore it at our own peril.
03:38 The next generation will not look favorably back on this time.
03:44 And here's the thing, as I reflect on Asa Hutchinson, former governor of Arkansas's
03:48 speech, Chris Christie, former governor of New Jersey, also former federal prosecutor,
03:55 Chris Christie was as I watch their speeches, even though I vehemently disagree with all
04:01 of their policies, even though I think that they enabled MAGA to take root in our country,
04:10 which is almost unforgivable as I listened to them speak the truth as it relates to Donald
04:20 Trump, as it relates to the importance of our democracy, regardless of the fact that
04:28 I vehemently disagree with them.
04:32 I think it is important that we reflect on what this 2024 election is all about because
04:39 folks have been saying it here a lot on the Midas Touch Network.
04:42 I don't believe it's about Democrat versus Republican.
04:45 I don't believe it's about progressive or liberals versus conservatives.
04:51 I don't believe that framework is where we are in 2023 approaching 2024.
04:58 I think the framework is pro-democracy and MAGA fascism.

05:05 Pro-democracy is made up of liberals, progressives, conservatives, independence people not affiliated
05:11 with political parties.
05:13 And you've got a wide array of ideas and political views, but fundamentally it is supportive
05:22 of our democracy facts and we should have respectful disagreements, but ultimately try
05:29 to do what's best for the United States of America as a democracy.
05:34 On the other side, you've got MAGA, you got Trump.
05:38 It's this idiocracy plus fascism equals MAGA.
05:44 And it so does not reflect what our country should be about.
05:51 I mean, you have Donald Trump out there and I did it in another video constantly praising
05:57 Victor Orban, Victor Orban of Hungary, Victor Orban of Hungary, this Victor Orban of Hungary.
06:04 Okay.
06:05 You know, inflation in Hungary is 20%.
06:09 You know what the entire GDP of Hungary is?
06:13 The entire GDP of Hungary is about $180 billion.
06:19 So for a year annual GDP, that is less than the annual revenue of Apple.
06:26 It's basically equal to the annual revenue of Cigna.
06:31 And that's what Donald Trump wants the United States to be, hungry.
06:37 What are we talking about here?
06:39 He constantly criticizes, condemns our allies.
06:44 He calls our military leaders idiots and morons and stupid while he praises people who are
06:50 truly stupid and idiots and who hate the United States of America.
06:54 He praises the Orban's, the Putin's, the Kim Jong Un's and attacks our allies and fundamentally
07:01 attacks our democracy.
07:04 And so, you know, you have people like Christie and Asa Hutchinson who I disagree with, but
07:09 I still think support our democracy.
07:12 And then on the other hand, you got people like this.
07:15 This is Matt Gates from that same speech at the summit in Florida talking about his role
07:22 in helping MAGA Mike become Speaker of the House.

07:27 They sat me down before all this and said, I just lacked patience, but it seemed more
07:33 to me that they lacked courage.
07:35 And now one of them lacks keys to the speaker's office.

07:44 MAGA explain to us things about the budget, even though these MAGA Republicans are the
07:48 ones who added $8 trillion of debt.
07:52 They ran up record deficits.
07:54 MAGA Mike Johnson, the Speaker of the House, doesn't have a checkings or savings account.
