00:00 I was yelled at, and I've had a judge who is unhinged slamming a table.
00:05 Let me be very clear, I don't tolerate that in my life.
00:08 I'm not going to tolerate it here.
00:10 And you know what?
00:11 You shouldn't either."
00:12 That was Donald Trump's lawyer, Alina Haba, outside of the courthouse in New York during
00:19 the lunch recess, whining that the judge yelled at her.
00:25 I'm Ben Mysellis from the Midas Touch Network, week six, day one of Donald Trump's testimony.
00:31 And Judge Ngoron had to yell at Alina Haba because during Donald Trump's testimony, he
00:38 was not providing responsive answers to the questions that were being asked by the New
00:45 York Attorney General.
00:47 And Donald Trump was attacking the judge, attacking New York Attorney General Letitia
00:52 James, Donald Trump was, I don't know, he was acting out these bizarre theatrical scenarios
00:59 of how he envisions the case.
01:02 And he's saying, "So this is what you're like."
01:05 And then he says, "Trump has no money.
01:08 Trump make phony statements.
01:10 Trump defrauds banks."
01:12 And then the judge is just like, "Stricken, stricken, stricken.
01:16 Please answer the questions that you are being asked.
01:21 Listen carefully to the questions."
01:23 Alina Haba then stood up and she said, "Judge, you must listen to what he's here to say.
01:30 You must listen to him."
01:32 And then Judge Ngoron responded, "No, that's not how this works.
01:36 Sit down, Alina Haba.
01:38 I'm not here just to listen to whatever he has to say.
01:42 If you want to have direct testimony after the cross-exam by the New York Attorney General,
01:48 feel free to ask Donald Trump those questions."
01:51 But he needs to answer the questions that are being asked.
01:55 And my job as a judge is not just to listen to his rantings and ravings.
02:00 Here, by the way, is Alina Haba saying, "Well, if the judge says you're not here to listen
02:06 to Donald Trump and not listen to me, then what am I being paid to do here as an attorney?
02:11 Why are they even paying me?"
02:13 It's actually a good question, Alina Haba.
02:16 And by the way, Trump isn't paying you.
02:18 Trump's political action committee is paying you and all of the other lawyers.
02:24 Play the clip.
02:25 "I'm not here to hear what he has to say.
02:29 Then why exactly am I being paid as an attorney and why exactly are taxpayer dollars being
02:36 used in this courtroom?
02:38 The answer is very clear.
02:41 Because Miss James wants to stand right here like she did this morning and call my client
02:46 a liar."
02:47 And then while Donald Trump is testifying, he's sending out social media posts and campaign
02:55 fundraising.
02:56 Look, this is what Donald Trump posted.
02:58 During his testimony, he says, "Meet Letitia James.
03:02 George Soros funded.
03:05 James received funding from George Soros."
03:08 James made clear that getting Trump was the motivating force behind her.
03:12 Here's a 2018 video of James.
03:14 Donald Trump is posting that during the trial.
03:18 And by the way, Donald Trump is also posting these memes on his social media platform.
03:23 This meme of Judge Ngoron saying, "No, I'm not here to hear what Trump has to say," when
03:31 Judge Ngoron was simply saying, "I'm not going to listen to his ranting and ravings about
03:36 anything.
03:37 He needs to answer the questions that are being asked and then you will have your time
03:43 to ask him questions as well."
03:45 This is a court of law, Alina Haben.
03:48 I'm not sure you know how you are supposed to behave in one and how lawyers are supposed
03:53 to behave in one.
03:54 And by the way, Donald Trump's testimony was just so completely unhinged.
03:59 I want to talk about how Donald Trump's been incriminating himself.
04:03 I want to talk about the just bizarre statements that one point Donald Trump testified.
04:08 Have you heard of a lollipop?
04:10 Do you know what a lollipop is?
04:12 That's a term.
04:13 I've got a lollipop in my...
04:14 I got a lollipop of a lease.
04:15 First let me show you, this was Donald Trump walking into court earlier in the day, a very
04:19 nervous Donald Trump walking into court.
04:22 Here, play this clip.
04:23 The numbers are much greater than on the financial statement.
04:24 And we've already proven that.
04:25 They said Mar-a-Lago's worth $18 million.
04:26 Mar-a-Lago's worth anywhere from probably 50 to 100 times more than that.
04:27 And it's a terrible, terrible thing.
04:28 These are political operatives that I'm going to be dealing with right now.
04:29 You have to understand, I'm not going to be dealing with them.
04:30 I'm not going to be dealing with them.
04:31 I'm going to be dealing with the people who are going to be dealing with them.
04:32 And I'm going to be dealing with the people who are going to be dealing with them.
04:53 And I'm going to be dealing with the people who are going to be dealing with them.

05:45 And I'm going to be dealing with the people who are going to be dealing with them.
05:52 And I'm going to be dealing with the people who are going to be dealing with them.
06:03 And I'm going to be dealing with the people who are going to be dealing with them.
06:29 And I'm going to be dealing with the people who are going to be dealing with them.
06:56 And I'm going to be dealing with the people who are going to be dealing with them.
07:24 And I'm going to be dealing with the people who are going to be dealing with them.
07:53 And I'm going to be dealing with the people who are going to be dealing with them.
08:22 And I'm going to be dealing with the people who are going to be dealing with them.
08:51 And I'm going to be dealing with the people who are going to be dealing with them.
08:58 And I'm going to be dealing with the people who are going to be dealing with them.
09:11 And I'm going to be dealing with the people who are going to be dealing with them.
09:39 And I'm going to be dealing with the people who are going to be dealing with them.
10:08 And I'm going to be dealing with the people who are going to be dealing with them.
10:15 And I'm going to be dealing with the people who are going to be dealing with them.
10:36 And I'm going to be dealing with the people who are going to be dealing with them.
11:02 And I'm going to be dealing with the people who are going to be dealing with them.
11:31 And I'm going to be dealing with the people who are going to be dealing with them.
12:00 And I'm going to be dealing with the people who are going to be dealing with them.
12:05 And I'm going to be dealing with the people who are going to be dealing with them.
