00:07 I left that role middle of last year.
00:10 Now I'm on the tribunal for the BCL and just started umpiring.
00:17 I had 320-odd games, so it's a little bit about giving back to the community.
00:22 I stepped onto the Board of Management with a few of them and last year we actually ran the full season with no secretary at all.
00:28 So that was a bit hard on our president, who'd done everything that particular year and Jason Waltman.
00:33 He sort of ran everything, so this year Jason stepped down and we've had David Jackson come on board as president.
00:40 And he needed a hand.
00:43 I'm a pretty loyal person, so you'll never ever see me in state board colours I can assure you.
00:49 But very, very loyal and um...
00:51 We're pretty fussy with it, aren't we?
00:52 Exactly, true.
00:54 I'd say yeah, release from work.
00:57 You've got an excuse that you have to knock off certain nights to go to training and you're unavailable to work on weekends.
01:03 I guess nowadays you'd call it mental health time.
01:05 You know, you're around mates, you're doing things you enjoy.
01:08 As Alan said, you get involved in the community.
