00:00 Hey, Tony, David Brandt from the Associated Press.
00:02 I know obviously tonight's kind of Cole's night,
00:04 but just one of your thoughts, Kevin Harvick,
00:06 obviously his last race tomorrow.
00:08 Just what do you think about his career
00:10 just as he wraps things up?
00:14 I'll lose a little sleep tonight, to be honest.
00:17 And it has been the last couple of weeks.
00:18 It's kind of sad to know that it's his last weekend
00:23 and Eric's last weekend.
00:26 Eric and I were teammates back in the Gibbs days.
00:28 And obviously, Kevin, I drove his Xfinity car for him
00:31 before he came to SHR.
00:32 And we've got a great friendship.
00:34 So it's sad to see both of these guys go.
00:37 They've been great teammates.
00:39 They've been great friends.
00:41 But you understand all of us at some point
00:44 have to change directions in our life.
00:46 And I'm 1,000% supportive of their decisions.
00:51 Kevin's one of those guys, he doesn't make a change
00:53 without having an eye on what his next move is.
00:56 And I know he's prepared for this.
01:00 And Eric's the same way.
01:01 I mean, Eric's just calm, cool, and collected all the time.
01:04 But he's a great family man.
01:06 He's a great husband, great father, and a great friend.
01:09 So I'm excited for both of these guys.
01:12 I'm excited for the next journey.
01:13 But it is sad knowing that 24 hours from now,
01:17 it's all going to be over.
01:18 So I'm appreciative of what Kevin's done for the company,
01:22 what Eric's done for the company.
01:24 They've both been great leaders these last four or five years.
01:28 And I'm very, very proud that I was
01:31 able to have them as teammates.
