00:02 a brand new idea from within organizations
00:04 and go and take it and run with it.
00:05 And so over five days we're going through
00:07 how to frame problems, how do we build brand new ideas,
00:10 but also how do we communicate this
00:11 and share this with our teams and with our community
00:13 so that there's more innovative opportunities
00:15 happening in this region.
00:16 People running businesses in regional areas
00:18 are already innovative, they're already creative
00:19 'cause they're overcoming hurdles,
00:21 they're resourceful, they're resilient.
00:22 And so this is a space to actually give some context,
00:24 some language, some frameworks to think through,
00:27 but also those ideas are like, wait, is this ready?
00:29 Can we do this?
00:30 And in a group setting we can actually push that
00:32 and work with that and then give that understanding
00:34 that we can share out.
00:35 And everyone knows each other in regional places,
00:37 so it's actually how do we take these resources
00:39 and then have a common understanding
00:40 so that more good things happen
00:42 rather than just get left on a dining room table.
