00:31 Hello, it's Arthur from the Sheffield Star.
00:34 We're just out here today asking people if they've got Halloween plans this year, what they've got in the pipeline.
00:38 What's happening this year for you guys?
00:40 Well, I've just got plans to go and see my friends, maybe some parties.
00:44 But Halloween's become this massive thing recently, over the past few years,
00:49 and I think a lot more people are celebrating it. Less people are going trick-or-treating,
00:53 and more like dressing up. This is a massive thing, but I think people stop dressing scary.
01:00 I kind of just go out as an exclusive dresser for something random and then see my friends.
01:04 You said it's becoming something massive. Is it too busy? It's like over-celebrated?
01:08 I mean, I think it's over-celebrated because I'm not that big on Halloween.
01:12 Clowns scare me, so I'm not really going to go dressed as that.
01:15 But I don't know why it's become such a big thing recently.
01:19 I think more horror films are coming out, more people want to scare people. I don't know why.
01:25 More commercialised, I suppose. It makes money for the whole thing.
01:28 Yeah, it's definitely more a money thing.
01:30 How about at home? Any plans this year?
01:32 Not this year. I'm going to be back with my daughter, but she's at university.
01:36 So now she's here, I'm not going to bother her. I'm just going to turn the lights off and pretend I'm not here.
01:41 Turn the lights off, that's the rule.
01:43 But even this year, the leadership's always celebrating.
01:45 But that's just because I'm there and I'm going to celebrate it.
01:47 But now, I'm not. I'm not going to bother her.
01:50 So I'm taking my youngest daughter trick-or-treating.
01:56 But that's it really. We don't really. Otherwise we don't really make a big fuss. It's Halloween.
02:03 My partner owns a coffee shop in London.
02:06 So they're putting on a big Halloween party for the kids to go trick-or-treating.
02:13 And then it'll come into the cafe for hot dogs and sweets.
02:18 And sweets.
02:20 Yeah.
02:21 Thanks.
02:22 [END]
02:22 Thanks.
