Delighted children in Sheffield said they "had never seen anything like it" today as they played with foam pouring out of the fountains in the Peace Gardens. Mischief-makers last night (October 26) poured washing up liquid or detergent in the water and the thick suds are still forming - but at least it is entertaining the children as it blows away like "big fluffy white clouds".
