00:00 having a clear purpose, clear vision,
00:02 inspiring people and empowering people.
00:05 That's the core of leadership, right?
00:08 - Yeah, 100%.
00:09 Everybody thinks we have to be a captain.
00:11 You don't need to be a captain to be in leadership.
00:12 You don't need the title to be a leader.
00:15 Lead your own life, be your own leader
00:17 in the things that you need to do.
00:19 And it can be small, it can be at home, your family.
00:21 It could be at school, your classmates.
00:23 Live a certain way that people can see.
00:27 You know, people can see a leader
00:28 and a leader doesn't have to say, "Hey, I'm the leader."
00:31 People will just do that.
00:32 If you say you're gonna do something, do it.
00:34 But if you make yourself a promise and it's hard,
00:36 I don't always get it right.
00:38 I make mistakes, but I get up and I go again.
00:40 And those things happen.
00:41 The same is like, you're not gonna win every game,
00:44 but you need to get up once you lose one
00:45 and you need to learn where can you get right,
00:47 where could you have done better,
00:49 and then you keep on going again.
