Sadiq Khan calls for Gaza ceasefire

The mayor of London, Sadiq Khan has called for a ceasefire in Gaza amid growing pressure on Labour leader Keir Starmer over the party’s stance on the Israel-Gaza war.

The mayor warned that “substantial military escalation” will only “deepen the humanitarian disaster.”
