00:15 "So, around 20,000 personnel of the Philippine Coast Guard in the whole Philippines are alert and this can increase the remaining 10,000.

00:28 "The main task of the Philippine Coast Guard is the inter-island provinces because we can assist and respond well because we have floating assets.
