00:00 I'm really pleased, unlike the government who threw in the towel with high speed 2,
00:04 I didn't throw in the towel with the Dismas line. We finished it, it's up and running,
00:07 it's the most popular train line in the country, used by more than 3.5 million people a week,
00:12 more than 3.5 million journeys a week, there's been more than 250 million journeys since it
00:17 was opened up. It's the best line in the country but it's not perfect, there are problems with
00:21 particularly the network role, western section and eastern section, the service we've provided
00:27 in some days hasn't been good enough. I was raised at the TfL board meeting, the TfL
00:33 commissioner apologised, I echo that apology for those people who've received a service that's not
00:37 good enough. At TfL I continue to work with Bitlocker Rail to improve the service to make sure
00:42 the Elizabeth line continues to improve.
