00:00 always make sure that the person that you're buying stuff off, you know, have they got
00:03 a following, is there reviews there of stuff that they've sold to people.
00:07 Right.
00:08 Once you've looked on somewhere like that, come offline and then search. Go to a really
00:12 good search engine, just have a little look, see what people are saying about that company,
00:16 yeah. So you don't just take that word for it in the beginning.
00:19 Don't just take the reviews on their website.
00:20 Yeah, don't just accept those. Go off, have a look and see what else you can find. So
00:24 you have like triggers, yeah, so trust, someone's looking to get trust. It's okay, I'm a really
00:28 trustworthy person. You know, if someone's telling you that on the phone, they're automatically
00:32 making you feel at ease. No, it's okay, we've done this loads of times before, it's fine,
00:36 yeah.
00:37 Right.
00:38 And once they start to do that, you should trigger something. Ding, ding, ding, ding,
00:40 ding, ding, the bell should go off, yeah, and then just step back. So just like Action
00:43 Fraud and Take Five for fraudsters, step back from that situation and think about what you're
00:49 actually doing before you do any of that stuff. Put the phone down. You don't have to talk
00:53 to those people. Even if it's your bank calling you, put the phone down.
