00:03 Derbyshire Constabulary has referred itself to the Police Watchdog as investigations continue into the circumstances of woman's death during recent flooding in Chesterfield.
00:12 Maureen Gilbert, who was 83, was found at her home in Tapton Terrace on Saturday after she was unable to escape the rapidly rising water.
00:21 Enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances around her death and Derbyshire Constabulary has now referred itself to the Independent Office for Police Conduct.
00:31 The referral is mandatory due to officers being involved with the evacuation of flooded homes in the area on Friday.
