00:03 This is what I call relevant
00:16 with the willingness to read
00:18 although in this context we emphasize the domination of the Malay language
00:24 and I hope
00:28 we can revive it
00:30 it is a difficult thing, I don't think it is easy
00:32 because this era has changed
00:36 and the interest in reading is much less all over the world
00:41 only by reading we can differentiate between
00:46 information, knowledge and wisdom
00:50 which was once formulated by the English poet T.S. Eliot
00:55 the difference is between information, knowledge and wisdom
01:03 what is added is information
01:07 not all information is knowledge
01:14 and not all of the recorded knowledge is considered in the level of wisdom
01:25 another thing I want to emphasize is
01:27 based on the government
01:30 I also discussed with the Minister of Education and the Minister's Association
01:34 sometimes there is a confusion
01:37 we emphasize the English language in the international trade
01:42 but there is a attitude that I think
01:47 is misguided or misguided among several departments
01:54 public officials, universities, including private universities
01:59 and the private sector
02:02 which often try to leave the foundation of this institution
02:10 to be in connection with government departments
02:16 in the language of the nation
02:20 so I want to remind this
02:23 if among local companies and local universities
02:27 including the private universities
02:29 the direction is
02:31 whoever writes in other languages than the language of the nation
02:36 the letter will be returned
02:38 this does not make us narrow
02:50 because I often remind my fellow citizens
02:53 that I may not be asked to teach at Georgetown University
03:01 Washington DC
03:03 if I cannot master English
03:06 so I don't make it complicated
03:08 but it roots to the earth
03:14 the foundation of the culture in the language of the nation
03:19 is something that is integral in the construction of the nation
03:26 so let's not try to make it complicated
03:30 and I hope this reminder is taken into account
03:33 if not, the direction is clear
03:35 there is also KPPE
03:38 will not serve any letter
03:46 that is delivered by local governments and local companies
03:52 in other languages than the language of the nation
03:55 [announcement]
04:02 [no audio]
