NPR reports that staff from 92nd Street Y,
New York have announced their resignation shortly
after a scheduled reading by author Viet Thanh Nguyen was canceled. .
Earlier this week, the Pulitzer Prize-winning
author joined over 700 other writers in signing
an open letter calling for a ceasefire in Gaza. .

that Nguyen's reading had been "postponed.".
As a Jewish organization we believe
the responsible course of action right
now is to take some time to determine
how best to use our platform and support

the difficult decision to postpone
