Philippines accuses Chinese vessels of "dangerous and illegal" manoeuvres

The National Task Force for the West Philippine Sea accuses the Chinese Coast Guard of "provacative and irresponsible actions" near Second Thomas Shoal in the Spratly Islands, referring to two collision last sunday with Philippine vessels on a resupply mission to troops onboard BRP Sierra Madre in ayungin shoal on Sunday, Oct. 22.
