Dick、高潮、Jacky效命於塞浦路斯警隊，他們破獲一偽鈔電版案後，Dick與高潮被停職，Dick被追殺而高潮卻入獄，唯獨Jacky被收買。但當Dick知道高潮被陷害入獄後便返回塞浦路斯救出高潮，並合力調查是誰所為。主謀人Mr. King迫Jacky偷回電版，但Jacky卻交予假電版。其後Dick與高潮已取出裝上炸藥的真電版與Mr. King正面對峙。

The three tigers mess up a Fake American Dollars dealing organised by Mr King, the Chinese celebrity in Cyprus. He sets a trap to make Dick being suspended from duty, Bomb under arrest of suspected murder and forces Jacky to work with him. When Dick knows what has happened to his friends, he flies back to Cyprus from Hong Kong to reunite with Bomb. Mr King determines to kill the Cyprus tigers in order to secure his business…
