Man Falls Down Flight of Stairs and Quickly Walks Away

This man was leaving his home when he lost his footing right outside the door and ended up taking a tumble. He fell down the stairs and even rolled onto the ground, before quickly standing up, looking around, and walking away as if nothing happened.
