00:06 accustomed to doing our best to block out and we focus on what's important within the

00:12 So we just focus on and we trust the coaching staff immensely.
00:19 We trust the plan and now for a few weeks consistently we've had the squad in a really
00:23 good place in terms of full health and full training.
00:26 I tell you it feels like we've built nicely to this point.
00:32 In regard to me, I'm part of a group and I'm proud of the group.
00:39 I'm proud of this coaching group, they're working hard and they're linking well with
00:44 the players and the players are contributing heavily to what we're doing and there's a
00:47 nice synergy about it.
00:49 So of that I am very proud.
