00:06 This is one that's been a long time coming, but I know a lot of you had a lot

00:18 Gearby Lambert is now a Notre Dame commit and he's officially a Notre Dame commit.

00:23 This was a big one for Notre Dame in a lot of ways.

00:25 When you look at Gearby Lambert, it's not a big one.

00:28 It's not just that you landed an offensive lineman,

00:32 you landed a position of need, tackle was a big position of need.

00:38 For Notre Dame this year, you landed one of the best tackles in the country in

00:42 Gearby Lambert, which we'll dive into.

00:44 You also got a kid that to me, it's a statement win for

00:50 Joe Rudolph to be able to get into that, which we'll talk about.

00:53 But also it impacts Notre Dame from a ranking standpoint,

00:57 which I know a lot of you guys, some of you I should say,

01:01 put a lot of emphasis on when you look at the rankings.

01:04 And so it impacted Notre Dame in a big way in that way as well.

01:06 If you look at the on three rankings, which theirs are a little weird,

01:12 they had Notre Dame, I believe 14th yesterday coming into the day.

01:16 And then when Gearby committed, it jumped them up to eight.

01:19 That was a pretty big jump up to rankings, rivals, which is much higher on this

01:22 Notre Dame class than other people, which I think they're in this cycle,

01:28 for example, they're probably more accurate on most of the kids in the class.

01:33 It jumped Notre Dame up to fourth in their rankings.
