00:50 This MOPEX provides our naval reservists or our force multipliers to be responsive in terms of organizational structure,

01:00 sound administration, sustainable logistics, and other relevant trainings.

01:06 And to train them to be deployable in times of crisis, emergencies, or HEDR that will strike our country.

01:18 The Chief of Naval Staff of the Philippine Navy gave the importance of the contribution of the reservists,

01:25 especially in times of storm and emergency.

01:29 When there's a storm, the first responders are the ones who are worried.

01:35 They're not wearing Navy uniforms, but they are all our naval reservists.

01:44 That's why it's heart-warming. And that's what I see here.

01:49 To ensure their readiness and the PINARUS, the Philippine Navy, programmed this exercise

01:55 that concentrates on equipping a reserve force with strategic knowledge and skills,

02:01 integrating them with the competency to respond to potential security threats or conflicts effectively.
