00:06 I remember I was in Oakland and I'd come to the bar.
00:11 I was really thirsty when I got to the bar.
00:13 I got there about 12.30 or 1 and everyone else was already drinking in the Holiday Inn bar

00:25 while I'm trying to get attention to the waitress and stuff.
00:29 Anyway, I'm listening to him but not really paying attention to him.
00:31 He's talking about how much he hates my guts and how he wanted to,
00:35 you know, he thought he was going to kick my ass and all this stuff.
00:38 And I'm listening to him and finally I just turn to him and I said,
00:40 "If you hate me so much, what are you doing sitting here talking to me for?"
00:43 "Fuck off and go talk to somebody else. You don't need to sit here and talk to me."
00:47 Anyway, I noticed that he's got a beer bottle in his hand now
00:50 and he's holding it by the neck and he's kind of...
00:53 And I said, "What are you going to do with that?"
00:55 He goes, "I'm going to do whatever I want with that."

00:59 And I remember I took him down.
01:01 All I did was take him down by the shirt and hold him on the ground.
01:05 And the next thing I know the police came and the police left.
01:10 The police came again, they left, the third batch of policemen came.
01:14 This guy was determined to get me charged with assault.
01:17 And it was just lucky for me that there was a police chief that was in the bar
01:22 that had been watching the whole thing.
01:24 And they came up, when they were just getting ready to take me away,
01:27 he came up and threw his badge down on the table and said,
01:30 he goes, "I watched the whole thing, he didn't do anything. Let him go."
01:34 But there's a lot of times you can do some stupid things with fans.
