The Creamy Patina 2023 Collection are a set of mini luxury watch cufflinks inspired by the iconic vintage watches nerdy watch guys cream themselves over. Unlike my deadbeat dad, they work!

Between 20 and 23 mm wide, each cufflink is crafted with a Japanese movement for accurate timekeeping - with our Cuff-Deeper being the world's first cufflink able to tell the date and the time, and a claim to being the smallest perpetual calendar watch in production today!

With 304-grade stainless steel casing and scratch- and shatter-resistant mineral glass crystal, you can gesture as forcefully as you want without breaking anything. Go ahead, be Italian.

These cufflinks are made for the fashion-forward. After all: No wrist, no reward.

00:00 To some, it's no more than wheels and cogs smartly measuring time,
00:05 whilst others may see what we see.
00:08 Each tiny inscription on a dial, each intricately applied hand,
00:12 designed, shaped, assembled with love.
00:17 Three years to design, craft, manufacture.

00:56 our rebellious spirit and our integrity.
01:00 For this is all we craft, but we craft it all,
01:05 so that in time, you can make it your own.
01:10 Hi, my name is Imran Haq and I'm the founder of Creamy Patina.
01:19 By day, I'm an oculoplastic surgeon,
01:20 but watchmaking has been my hobby for the last two decades.
01:25 During COVID, I was working in a hospital on the front lines
01:28 where things were just out of control
01:29 and the only way that I took my mind off of what was going on
01:33 was by falling back on my long-time hobby.
01:35 I made miniature versions of my Grail watches
01:39 and didn't really think much more of it.
01:40 It was only when my brother saw them a couple of years later
01:42 that he said, "Man, they're cool.
01:44 You should launch them on Kickstarter."
01:46 And so we did last year and the response was just phenomenal.
01:49 We raised over £150,000 and hired a bunch of watchmakers
01:53 and delivered the cufflinks to those who really believed in us
01:56 and supported us.
01:57 For this year's collection,
01:58 we're launching one very special cufflink
02:00 that my brother and I have been working on
02:02 for a very long time.
02:03 It's fully automatic and it's the smallest
02:05 perpetual calendar watch in production.
02:08 We're so proud and honoured to share our love
02:11 and passion with you and we just can't wait
02:13 to get these out into the world.
02:14 So thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
