The presiding officer of the Senedd refused to fly the Israeli flag at the Welsh Parliament, saying that both Israelis and Palestinians were suffering as a result of Hamas’ result attacks. The building’s lights were dimmed in Cardiff bay earlier on in the week, but Tory Leader Andrew RT Davies said he was disappointed more wasn’t done.

A new development in Haverfordwest town centre has had no businesses confirm a lease. Over 240 ancient skeletons were found at the site when digging began, pushing up the cost of the development, which has since gone millions over budget and is roughly 6 months behind schedule.

Poundland have scrapped plans to open up a store at a former Wilco location after RAAC was found in the building. Plans were in place for the shop to open this weekend, but will now not go ahead. The concrete has caused schools, hospitals across Wales and St David’s hall in Cardiff to close due.
