Three-year-old Harvey has a rare neurodevelopmental disorder called CTCF syndrome, which meant he couldn't eat or drink because of low muscle tone which caused him difficulty swallowing. In July, he received a new electrical stimulation therapy at Cerebral Palsy Alliance Wollongong, which his parents described as "life-changing".
