00:00 The last opening of the Premier Volleyball League is coming soon.

00:04 The next All-Filipino Conference will be held this season.

00:09 The next one will be held on October 15.

00:16 For their third and last conference,

00:23 the Premier Volleyball League will start this Sunday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

00:28 But before the games, the PBL officials and team captains and coaches

00:32 will face the media first.

00:34 The record-high 12 teams will compete in the next All-Filipino Conference.

00:38 PBL Chairman Tony Boyleao led the press-con

00:42 with the newest competition director, Sir Yuen Malonso.

00:46 I would also like to welcome the 12 teams,

00:49 especially the two new teams that have participated in our All-Filipino Conference,

00:55 NX Let, Chameleons, and Galleries Tower, High Risers.

01:02 Just like the previous conferences,

01:05 the tournament format will be a single round, Robin-Olette,

01:08 where the top four teams will face each other in the Best of Three Semifinals.

01:12 The winners of the semis will advance to the Best of Three Finals

01:16 while the two teams that fell will compete for the third place.

01:20 Although the games will be the same,

01:23 there are still some rule changes that the PBL will implement this conference.

01:28 We're going to have one technical timeout this coming conference.

01:33 So it's going to be the first team who reaches 13, we'll have a technical timeout.

01:38 Then, coaches, we only have one regular timeout for now.

01:42 The video challenge is going to be the same.

01:45 You can still talk to your players during video challenges.

01:51 Our change court is going to be once.

01:55 After the second set.

01:57 The first team to face the Big Dome,

02:00 NX Let, Chameleons, and Galleries High Risers,

02:04 will be the first team to face the Big Dome at 2 PM.

02:06 The second team will face Signal HD, Spikers, and PLDT High Speed Hitters at 5 PM.

02:13 The opening day will be the highlight of the crowd favorites,

02:17 Creamline Cool Smashers and Chocomucho Flying Titans,

02:20 which will start at 7 PM.
