00:37 This was the accusation that was made by his public apology to Guadis,

00:41 Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista, and the Office of the President.

00:52 which was the result of impulse, irrational thinking, and poor decision-making.

00:56 He was just mocked by some people who were affected by his judgment.

01:00 But he still claims that there are problems in the agency that needs to be investigated.

01:07 Tumbado, who should have been a whistleblower, is now being followed by some transport groups in the warehouse of the LTFRB.

01:13 In the press con of some transport groups earlier, they said that Tumbado, not Guadis, is the one who is being harassed.
