00:00 Thanks to the cooperation of the Board of Trustees, the Marshal's Office, government funds from the National Health Fund, and the cooperation of all these entities,
00:11 we were able to finalize the purchase of mammography and launch the laboratory.
00:17 The laboratory is a part of the DCO, which is the Lower Silesian Oncological Center, and is to operate within a certain network.
00:26 In this case, the network is that here, ladies can do a prophylactic examination of the breast and check if something bad is starting to occur oncologically.
00:37 However, these photos are sent to the headquarters in Wrocław and described by radiologists.
00:44 And when an alarming signal appears, there is additional information and there is quick treatment.
00:51 This cancer is such that if it is quickly detected, it can be effectively fought.
00:58 Therefore, this is certainly a very important thing. It is much easier to counteract than to treat later, and it is also cheaper.
01:07 I would encourage all ladies to take advantage of the fact that you do not have to go to Wrocław,
01:12 you can go to the district hospital, to this study, and have peace of mind for two years.
01:22 The only mammography laboratory in the Trzebnicki district will be launched on November 1 for all residents of the Trzebnicki district.
01:32 At the moment, studies confirm that 11,000 women in the Trzebnicki district should be examined.
01:41 I would like to note that this statistic will change over the years, because the age criteria have changed.
01:50 And from November, ladies aged 45 to 74 will be able to use mammography.
01:59 This confirms that prophylactics are important.
02:06 The unique moment is that we are doing what we really care about, namely the development of prophylactics
02:14 in such a way that ladies from the Trzebnicki district have the easiest and most common access to this prophylactics.
02:23 And this is what is happening today. We are launching a mammography laboratory.
02:29 We want to make access to prophylactics, when it comes to oncological diseases, as common as possible.
02:36 This is what this new laboratory is for.
02:38 So far, we have had a situation where there was no such stationary laboratory in the Trzebnicki district.
02:44 Today we are ending this story and starting a completely new one.
02:49 What is also important in this project is not only prophylactics, but also a systematic, coordinated support of women from the Trzebnicki district.
02:59 This is because this laboratory is run by the Dolnośląski Oncology Center.
03:04 If a bad result is detected here, the patient will be immediately surrounded by medical support.
03:14 So she immediately enters the wings of the DLNC.
03:18 In December, three years passed since I became the director of the hospital in Trzebnicki.
03:23 We managed to get some funds to improve the diagnostics.
03:28 A mammography laboratory, a sepsis detection device,
03:33 this was financed by the Great Orchestra of Christmas Aid.
03:37 Other equipment from the orchestra will come to us, mainly for the treatment and diagnosis of newborns.
03:44 This year, we also managed to get good news, we managed to get almost 5 million zlotys from the medical fund for the modernization of SORs and co-working staff.
03:54 This means that we will replace two X-ray devices, buy a new ultrasonic device,
04:01 and also, in a way, change the equipment of the rescue hospital.
04:06 We have applied for equipment related to rehabilitation.
04:11 I hope that we will be able to get it, because we meet the requirements.
04:15 In this place, we will be able to buy the so-called rehabilitation robots for about 1 million zlotys.
04:25 I think that's quite a lot. The hospital also changes its face.
04:29 The orthopedic department is being renovated.
04:33 We are still talking with the National Health Fund to create a department of surgical and plastic surgery based on the department of surgical and plastic surgery.
04:43 These are the things that have been done for the hospital over the past three years.
04:48 you
