A 'drama queen' pooch cost his owner £285 ($350) in emergency vet bills over a mosquito bite - and a paper cut.  Jaqweenie, a five-year-old chihuahua and Jack-Russel mix, has a history of overreacting to injuries.  His reactions to minor scrapes are so intense that owner Jean Mosher often thinks he is seriously injured and rushes him to the vet.
