00:04 Hi, I'm Rachel Aimery, and I'm the Scotsman's Political
00:06 Correspondent.
00:07 And I'm here in Hamilton, where the election
00:09 count for the Rutherglen and Hamilton West by-election
00:11 is now underway.
00:12 It's quite busy, as you can see.
00:13 We haven't got any results yet.
00:14 It'll still be a wee while before we actually
00:16 get any results through the door.
00:18 But we're hearing quite good news from Scottish Labour.
00:20 They're seeming quite buoyant, quite happy
00:21 about how things are going.
00:23 SNP, not quite so much.
00:24 They're still a wee bit despondent.
00:25 But it's definitely a straight fight between the two of them.
00:27 And we'll soon see in a couple of hours who wins.
