00:07 regarding the upcoming Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections.

00:17 Due to this incident, 21 or most of the barangays in Malabang Lanao del Sur

00:23 were placed in the red category for the Barangay-SK elections.

00:28 Lanao del Sur is in the Moro Autonomous Region in Muslim Indanao or BARM

00:33 where the most barangays in the red category

00:37 are the most heavily guarded by Comelec.

00:41 The occurrence of politically motivated election-related incidents

00:45 and the various history of declaration of our areas of concern

00:50 are also under Comelec control.

00:52 In Libon Albay where some candidates were killed,

00:56 8 barangays are in the red category.

00:59 The situation in the yellow category is not hot,

01:03 but it is still necessary to guard.

01:05 Barangay Sering in Socorro Surigao del Norte is one of the barangays.

01:09 Controversial Barangay Capihan is not included in the areas of concern
