Need to Know: the Lexus LC Convertible Is a Less Than $100K Exotic

00:10 and we're here at the 2019 Los Angeles Auto Show

00:14 to check out the new Lexus LC Convertible.

00:18 You know, the LC Coupe is one of our favorite cars.

00:21 It was a 2018 automobile all-star,

00:24 and we loved it for its grand touring style,

00:27 its low-slung good looks, and its naturally aspirated

00:31 V8 power.

00:32 This car is the Inspiration Series car.

00:34 Only a hundred of these cars are gonna be made,

00:36 and it looks fantastic in this blue on white color scheme.

00:41 Some of the other things about this car,

00:43 in the front, it's probably the best execution

00:46 of the Lexus spindle grille that's out there today.

00:51 So underneath the hood of this bad boy

00:53 is one of the best engines on the market,

00:56 a 471 horsepower, five liter V8.

01:00 The best thing about it is it's naturally aspirated,

01:03 so no turbos, no superchargers.

01:06 This thing is the real deal.

01:08 It is bad to the bone.

01:13 I absolutely love this steering wheel.

01:15 Super white, super light, love the dash.

01:18 It has a gauge cluster that's similar

01:20 to the Lexus LFA supercar.

01:23 This low raked windshield is really excellent

01:26 for a convertible.

01:27 I just love this color combination.

01:30 It looks fantastic.

01:31 The best looking LC interior I've ever seen, for sure.
