Bride receives touching letter from her dad on her wedding day, 20 years after his death

Bride Freya Rosati received a message from her dad from beyond the grave on her wedding day - 20 years after he died from cancer.

00:05 I'd like to talk a little about some very important people in Freya's life that are

00:10 very conspicuous by their absence this evening and very much missed.

00:14 Most obviously and sadly, the reason I'm making this speech and not him, Phil, my late husband,

00:24 and Freya's much loved dad.

00:26 Most of you will know he died when Freya was 11 and left a huge void in her life.

00:32 They enjoyed that special relationship that dads and daughters have.

00:36 She was his princess, a daddy's girl, and they had a special bond.

00:41 He was our big man in both stature and personality and would have been so proud of the lovely,

00:46 kind lady she is and how especially radiant and beautiful she looks today.

00:53 Whilst he was very ill, I brought a selection of cards and helped him to write them for

00:59 Dan and Freya to receive on their birthdays and on their wedding day.
