00:14 that includes huge investments in infrastructure like HS2.
00:17 So I hope it's not too late and the Cabinet sticks
00:21 with the policy of previous Conservative
00:23 and Labour administrations and goes ahead with this project.
00:25 I'm a huge fan of the line across the Pennines,
00:29 HS3 or Northern Bowers Rail.
00:30 I was the first person to propose it.
00:32 So I'm all for going ahead with that.
00:34 But it's not a substitute for HS2
00:36 and it's not an alternative to HS2.
00:39 Those projects should go ahead together.
