00:04 Today, Wałbrzych is in a good mood.

00:06 We meet for the second time.

00:08 We run in the idea of promoting honourable blood donation.

00:12 We run 4,500 metres, in reference to the full blood donation, 450 ml.

00:18 Again, as last year, a large group of runners ran for us.

00:24 250 people.

00:26 I am very happy about it.

00:28 There is positive energy, as you can see here outside.

00:32 I hope that next year we will run again and there will be even more of us.
