00:00 Today we have many press conferences, but also many topics and we share these important issues.
00:07 The first thing I wanted to talk to you about is the lack of money from the European Commission.
00:13 Poland did not receive 160 billion zlotys.
00:17 And on top of all this, the PIS is taking small steps to actually withdraw Poland from the European Union.
00:23 All the concerns about the EU border sealing are starting to appear.
00:35 Today, the EU will probably start the mobile control of the western Polish border.
00:43 This is a very bad signal. It is mainly due to the visa problem.
00:47 The inability of the government to do this. The PIS is a weak government that once said that it will not withdraw Poland from the EU.
00:56 And this is happening in our eyes.
00:58 How to name it? The lack of EU money, or the lack of money from the European Commission.
01:03 The money from the structural funds, the biggest and richest fund of the EU, is also connected to the mechanism of the rule of law.
01:12 And today we are starting to have difficulties in moving, when it comes to free flow of the border.
01:18 Because on the western border, mobile control will be cut.
01:22 Something really bad and disturbing is happening.
01:25 For us, this is doubly bad news, because the Polish transport industry, the Polish TIRs,
01:33 is a strategic branch of the economy in the Krotoszyn region, but in the subregion of the former Kaliski Voivodeship,
01:42 we have a lot of such transport companies, shipping companies.
01:48 And everyone is worried, they call us, they talk to us, because if there are to be railways on the western border in the future,
01:56 this industry will suffer very much financially.
01:59 And ladies and gentlemen, this is how it is, that the third term of the PiS, if God forbid, was to rule PiS,
02:06 will be a term that will actually lead us out of the EU.
02:11 I have no doubts about that.
02:13 They can say one thing, but the facts and actions say something completely different.
02:20 But going back for a moment to the money from the KPO, I want to tell you that if you divide this 160 billion zlotys
02:26 into all the poviats in Poland, the Krotoszyn poviat should receive about half a billion zlotys of funding for various areas of life.
02:36 First of all, for the development of the health service, because here you, the self-governing forces, have modernized the health service.
02:49 There is a new hospital, I had the opportunity to be at its opening, but it requires funding,
02:53 it requires more modern equipment, it requires the employment of an even larger number of specialists.
03:01 All of this must be funded. And the KPO is also a support for the health service.
03:07 And the second burning problem that can be, for example, for the Krotoszyn poviat, solved with the money from the KPO,
03:13 are the shortages in the supply of electricity and energy.
03:17 More installations of renewable energy sources are needed here, which will supply electricity.
03:24 You will have your own electricity from the KPO's money, energy banks, and then you will be able to develop the Krotoszyn poviat without restrictions.
03:35 You have big companies here and it will require funding when it comes to the energy needs of this territory.
03:43 These are two selected areas of life that are burning here, on the Krotoszyn land.
03:52 I want to tell you that in a hundred specific civic platforms we have a blockade of immediate money from the KPO.
04:00 And we will do it immediately after the elections.
04:03 And the second thing is also the lifting of the health service limits.
04:07 I already had the opportunity to say a few words about the health service and the hospital in Krotoszyn.
04:14 So we appeal to everyone for mobilization. We want to stay in the European Union.
04:19 We want to have EU money. We want to develop.
04:22 We have to change the government. We have to fix Poland after Kaczyński.
04:26 We have to fix and solve these areas of life as a priority.
04:32 The KPO simply will not do it.
04:35 The second thing is, ladies and gentlemen, the non-party self-governing bodies that also run in the Kalisko-Leszczyn district.
04:43 In the election mode, they called for Donald Tusk after his convention in Pile.
04:48 The main dispute or outrage of the non-party groups was that Donald Tusk said that these are the PIS and Kaczyński's assistants.
04:58 They got angry. Donald Tusk described it well. He said he knew the sources of funding of this organization, the origin of these politicians, what the role of these politicians is.
05:08 He described it well at this convention in Pile.
05:11 They got angry, the non-party groups, in the election mode. They lost. The truth won.
05:17 They still have to pay the court costs for the excess of everything.
05:21 At this occasion, I want to say that the voters should be very careful. Today, a strategic fight for Poland is taking place.
05:29 For our future, for being in the European Union, for development, for EU money, for independent territorial governments, for free media, for women's rights, for all these buildings that have been destroyed in recent years and in which there has been a significant regression.
05:46 This is what is going on in these elections. We ask you not to scatter your votes.
05:51 Concentrate on the Civic Coalition, on the strongest party that has its role to play.
05:59 Namely, it is to defeat PIS.
06:02 I know that after the march on October 1, at the last straight, we will overtake PIS and win these elections.
06:07 Are there any questions?
06:09 If there are no questions, thank you very much.
