00:01 and I'm ready to break down my seven-day game plan.
00:04 These are the things I do Monday to Sunday
00:07 to be my most productive, efficient, happy self.
00:11 It's Monday.
00:12 I'm gonna wake up on time so I can do my complete
00:14 one and a half hour morning routine.
00:16 I get out of bed, I stretch, I meditate for 20 minutes,
00:19 I drink tea, I go on a walk, I spend time with my dog,
00:23 I shower, I do my complete face routine.
00:26 We're talking my toner, my under-eye cream,
00:29 my balancing serums, my hydrating cream,
00:32 my SPF, always SPF.
00:37 At one o'clock, I'm gonna break my fast
00:39 because I intermittent fast, and I'm going to eat.
00:42 So I start eating at 1 p.m. and I stop eating at 9 p.m.,
00:45 which is good because it forces me to have a lunch,
00:47 and so it really helps me have that pause in the day.
00:49 For lunch, I'm probably gonna eat chicken
00:51 with a side of roasted carrots,
00:53 or fish made in my air fryer because it makes me feel
00:56 like I know how to cook.
00:57 Eight minutes in the air fryer, chef's kiss.
01:00 Fish with a side of broccoli because it's Monday,
01:04 and I'm feeling like I'm so healthy,
01:06 and I'm gonna do this week right
01:08 because I haven't unraveled yet and gone downhill.
01:11 I then go into my office and I jump into my inbox
01:15 because now I'm in work mode.
01:17 The first thing I'll do is go through my 100 million
01:20 emails that I have, hoping that most of them are spam
01:22 so I can delete them and feel like I did some work.
01:26 I then jump into meetings that could be about productions,
01:29 about my fund, maybe they're a press.
01:32 Because I spend so much time at my desk,
01:33 if it's a call or meeting that I can do on the phone,
01:35 I'm walking outside.
01:37 I'm gonna keep working until about 6, 7 p.m.
01:42 because on Mondays, I get a massage.
01:44 At 9 p.m., I get a 90-minute massage
01:47 by a lovely masseuse that comes to my house
01:49 because I am so, so lucky and I recognize that.
01:53 I get a one and a half hour massage.
01:55 After that, I'll watch a little something on TV,
01:57 read a little book, and I go to bed.
01:59 It's Tuesday, I'm waking up, still determined
02:01 because of the top of the week,
02:02 but I'm slightly like, does anything really matter?
02:05 I go through emails, this happens every day.
02:07 I cannot escape my inbox on any day.
02:09 Every day I wake up, there will be hundreds
02:11 and hundreds of emails.
02:12 I've come to terms.
02:13 The good thing about Tuesday is that I work
02:15 throughout the day and I end work a little earlier
02:17 because on Tuesdays, there's a big chance
02:20 that I'm gonna take advantage of $5 theater tickets
02:24 and go to the movies, baby.
02:26 Tuesdays are my favorite because I love going
02:29 to see movies in the theater.
02:31 So I'm going to check Showtimes.
02:33 I'm going to go to the movie theater.
02:35 I'm going to order a big old bucket of popcorn.
02:38 I'm gonna share it with no one
02:41 and I'm gonna have the time of my life.
02:42 Sometimes I have a little more self-control
02:44 and I'm like, fine, you know what?
02:45 I'll be a fitness influencer.
02:46 I won't do butter.
02:47 I'll just take the tub of popcorn.
02:48 But if I do butter, it's a layered butter.
02:50 Crucial, bunch of crunch in the popcorn.
02:54 If they don't have bunch of crunch
02:55 'cause they sell it very often, M&Ms.
02:56 Not the peanut ones, don't be wild.
02:58 Just the normal milk chocolate M&Ms.
03:00 The chocolate and popcorn combined, crucial.
03:03 I'm also, one of my favorite drinks is Coke Zero.
03:06 However, when I go to the movies, it's quite late
03:08 and so I will have a Coke Zero that is caffeine free.
03:13 If you're asking the question why Coke Zero over Diet Coke,
03:15 it's because I don't hate myself.
03:17 It's because Coke Zero is superior to Diet Coke
03:20 and I will die on this.
03:21 Coke Zero tastes so much better than Diet Coke.
03:24 That is just a fact.
03:25 That's not even my opinion.
03:26 That is fact.
03:27 It's Wednesday.
03:28 I wake up, do my morning routine, do my face routine,
03:30 never miss it.
03:31 What do I do again?
03:32 S-P-F, baby.
03:34 My face routine is sacred to me.
03:36 I use a combination of products from my dermatologist
03:39 mixed with Avrani products, which is this brand
03:41 I really, really love.
03:41 It's an Ayurvedic brand.
03:43 I will do a oil cleanser first
03:45 because oils are not bad for you.
03:46 I know we've been taught to think from a kid
03:48 that oils are great for your skin.
03:49 Then I use a cleanser from my dermatologist.
03:51 Then I put a balancing serum on a cotton pad.
03:55 I do a little bit of this, a little bit of this.
03:56 A little bit of eye rejuvenating cream,
03:58 Avrani eye rejuvenating cream right there, right there.
04:00 If I am breaking out, I'll use a dab,
04:02 just a dab of Witch Hazel.
04:04 I did some right there last night
04:05 'cause I had a little pimple on my eyebrows.
04:06 Now, I don't know if you can see it.
04:07 Can you?
04:08 Don't check.
04:09 After that, I'm going to use a little bit of retinol.
04:11 I know what you're thinking.
04:12 Retinol in the morning?
04:13 That sounds lunatic.
04:14 My dermatologist said it's okay
04:15 as long as you cover it with SPF.
04:18 I'm a big believer of SPF
04:19 because for a long time in my life,
04:21 I was convinced I couldn't use it
04:22 because it never looked good on my skin.
04:24 Having skin with melanin growing up,
04:26 I would always look purple or white or look gray
04:29 if I used SPF.
04:30 And now I have finally found one that is called Ultra MD.
04:33 That is great.
04:34 And I live and swear by it
04:36 because it protects my skin so much.
04:37 But today, I gotta travel for a meeting.
04:40 So, I packed my suitcase in my little carry-on
04:43 with my little backpack on top.
04:44 It's just a one-day trip to San Francisco for a meeting
04:46 because she's booked and busy.
04:49 I head to the airport and I board my flight.
04:52 I have my blanket because I'm always cold
04:54 and I have my pillow and I take a little nap on the flight.
04:57 I land, do my meeting.
04:58 I am always prepared for the meeting.
05:00 I do my talking points, do my meeting,
05:02 secure the bag, boom, boom, boom,
05:03 sign the contract, do the deals, kiss the babies.
05:05 I get back on the plane.
05:07 I get back home.
05:08 I unwind by watching a movie.
05:10 What do I watch?
05:11 What I always watch.
05:12 A really bad horror movie.
05:14 I don't want a story.
05:15 I don't want good acting.
05:16 I don't want good scares.
05:17 I want a trash horror movie.
05:19 That is what I love to watch.
05:20 It's Thursday.
05:21 I wake up, stretch, face routine, shower, meditate,
05:24 all the things I said before lots and lots of times.
05:26 And then, I am going to do something different.
05:30 I'm going to put eye patches
05:32 that I keep in the mini fridge in my room
05:34 so they're nice and cold and I'm gonna put them
05:36 under my eyes because today, I'm going to shoot some stuff
05:38 for my socials and for my book club
05:41 and for my fun and for a gang of different things.
05:43 I'm walking into my room, destroying my closet
05:45 because I'm picking out 10, 15 different shirts,
05:47 putting them on a rolling rack
05:49 because I'm gonna bank a bunch of content
05:51 and make it seem like I shot it on different days.
05:54 I'm shooting book reviews.
05:55 I'm shooting information about my fun.
05:57 I'm shooting funny social videos.
05:59 And then, when I'm done, I'm taking it all to my computer,
06:03 sending it to my editor, I'm editing some of it myself.
06:06 Today is a day for creation.
06:08 After I'm finished this, yeah, I actually touch base
06:10 with a lot of my team members.
06:11 So I'm having a call with my lawyers to talk about,
06:14 is someone suing me?
06:15 Am I suing someone?
06:16 Is this contract good?
06:17 Should I sign this contract?
06:19 What are the laws?
06:20 All those things are discussed.
06:22 After that, I'm having a touch base with my manager
06:24 where I say, hey, I just had a call with my lawyers
06:27 and I'm not sure if I'm getting sued
06:28 or if I'm suing someone.
06:29 Could you call them and double check that I know the laws?
06:31 And then we touch base on all of my goals.
06:33 I'm also then having a download with my fabulous assistant,
06:36 who I love, who's over there.
06:37 And I'm asking, what are my priorities for the day?
06:40 What do I need to make sure I accomplish
06:41 by the end of the week?
06:42 What do we have coming up?
06:42 What's pressing?
06:43 What can we collaborate on?
06:44 What can I punt until next week?
06:46 All the touch bases with the teams are happening.
06:48 On Thursday, I'm usually feeling like I did pretty good
06:51 the beginning of the week
06:52 and now I can loosen up a little bit.
06:53 So maybe I'm gonna have some chicken wings,
06:55 maybe I'm gonna have some carbs,
06:56 maybe I'm gonna have some mashed potatoes.
06:57 I care a little less today.
06:59 It's Friday.
07:00 I'm gonna sleep in a little bit today.
07:02 I'm gonna roll around in bed a little bit.
07:04 I'm gonna do unhealthy things like check my Instagram
07:06 before getting out of bed.
07:07 Maybe I'm not gonna meditate today
07:09 and I'm gonna get out of bed
07:10 when I feel like getting out of bed.
07:12 I am going to break my fast today.
07:14 It's not 1 p.m. but you know what?
07:16 I'm gonna order McDonald's 'cause I'm wild
07:18 and it's Friday and I'm a doll
07:19 and I can do what I wanna do today.
07:21 I'm ordering my go-to for McDonald's,
07:23 which is a Filet-O-Fish combo with fries,
07:26 with sweet and sour sauce.
07:28 Then I'm gonna convince myself
07:29 that maybe that won't be enough
07:30 and I'm gonna order a Kids Meal Nuggets.
07:31 And then I'm gonna convince myself
07:32 that maybe I should just get a McFlurry on top of that
07:34 and it's gonna be a mini M&M's McFlurry
07:36 'cause it's Friday and I can do whatever I want.
07:38 It's Saturday and I'm super excited
07:40 because today is an Angel City FC game.
07:42 I'm part owner of LA's women's soccer team
07:45 and I love game day.
07:46 So I wake up, I pick out my outfit, I prep,
07:50 I take a shower, I do my makeup,
07:52 which I don't do every day.
07:54 But I do it today because I gotta show up for the girls.
07:57 I put on my jersey, I put on my owner's badge.
07:59 I get there two hours early because I'm so type A
08:02 and the traffic is so bad
08:04 and I get ready to host a bunch of friends in my suite.
08:07 I order buffalo wings, nachos, popcorn.
08:11 I drink, today I'm gonna have a,
08:12 today I'm gonna enjoy an alcoholic beverage today.
08:14 I'm gonna sit field side, I'm gonna cheer.
08:17 I am cheering and my team is going to win, hopefully.
08:22 That's what's gonna happen.
08:23 Today is Sunday, my favorite day.
08:25 Sunday means that I am going to take care of myself today.
08:28 I wake up whenever I want.
08:30 I oil my hair and massage my scalp.
08:32 I leave that oil in my hair for about an hour or two hours.
08:35 I wash my hair with a deep conditioner.
08:38 I wash my hair however many times I need to in a week.
08:43 A minimum of one.
08:45 I don't like to overwash it.
08:46 It's not great to overwash hair.
08:48 But if I get my hair styled
08:49 or if I'm going somewhere and there's product in it,
08:50 I'll wash it more than once.
08:51 I do a face mask before I sleep.
08:53 I sit outside with nature.
08:56 I do everything self care on Sunday.
08:58 It's my favorite day.
09:00 At the end of the day, wellness is about finding
09:02 the combination of things and activities
09:03 that are right for you.
09:04 I think for so long in my life,
09:06 I convinced myself my routine had to look
09:08 like everyone else's.
09:09 But that wasn't right for me.
09:09 I love working the way I do
09:11 and I love taking care of myself the way I do.
09:13 And that combination's right for me.
